Regarding the implementation of the original Atal Amrit Abhiyan Scheme, a special health protection project of the state aims to provide health coverage for BPL population and low-income families, registered under the 1860 Association Registration Act. This project includes selected methods of six specialties, namely, total assurance of 200,000 people annually for the treatment of cardiovascular disease, cancer, kidney disease, neo-mammals, neurological diseases and burning procedures. This project provides cashless treatment to the public and private hospitals listed in the internal and external sectors of Assam state.
