ARIAS Society invites application for the following contractual positions under the World Bank-financed Assam Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project (APART). The selected candidates will be placed in the operational project implementation units (OPIU) In related to the Commissionerate/Directorates/HODs/HQ of Agencies associated with the project. The minimum required qualifications & experience in brief, and the age and the indicative remuneration range for the positions are furnished below.

Eligibility Criteria of ARIAS Recruitment 2019
Dairy Value Chain Expert (DVCE)
Educational qualification: Bachelors degree/Masters degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Dairy Science/Dairy Technology/Food Technology/Veterinary Science/Animal Husbandry & Veterinary or a closely related field.
Experience: Two (2) years experience In case of master degree/Post Graduation diploma holders. For Bachelor degree holders minimum four (4) years experience required ) in dairy value chain related activities in any public/private sector organization.
Salary: Rs. 6.00 Lakh to Rs.12.00 Lakh/Year.
Piggery Value Chain Expert – Processing
Educational qualification: Bachelors degree/Masters Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Veterinary Science/Animal Husbandry & Veterinary or a closely related field. Preference will be given to candidates having specialization in Meat Technology/Livestock Production Technology.
Experience: Two years experience In case of master degree/Post Graduation diploma holders. For Bachelor degree holders minimum, four (4) years experience required in pork production/processing related activities in any public/private sector organization.
Salary: Rs. 6.00 Lakh to Rs.12.00 Lakh/Year
Piggery Value Chain Expert – Production
Educational qualification: Bachelors degree/Masters Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Veterinary Science/Animal Husbandry & Veterinary or a closely related field.
Experience: Two years experience In case of master degree/Post Graduation diploma holders. For Bachelor degree holders minimum four (4) years experience required in piggery value chain related activities in any public/private sector organization.
Salary: Rs. 6.00 Lakh to Rs.12.00 Lakh/Year
Agri-Business Experts (APEs)
Educational qualification: Bachelors degree in Agriculture/Horticulture followed by a Post-Graduate diploma/degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Agribusiness/ Economics or a closely related field.
Experience: At least two years of professional experience in Agri-Business Management/Agricultural Marketing/Agri Value Chain Development/Agri enterprise development or similar activities in any public/private sector organization.
Salary: Rs. 6.00 Lakh to Rs.12.00 Lakh/Year
Agriculture Extension Experts (AEEs)
Educational qualification: Must have a Bachelors degree in Agriculture/Horticulture followed by a Post-Graduate diploma/degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Agribusiness/ Economics or a closely related field.
Experience: At least two years of professional experience in Agri-Business Management/Agricultural Marketing/Agri Value Chain Development/Agri enterprise development or similar activities in any public/private sector organization.
Salary: Rs. 6.00 Lakh to Rs.12.00 Lakh/Year
Agriculture Marketing Experts (AMEs)
Educational qualification: Bachelors degree in Agriculture/Horticulture followed by a Post-Graduate diploma/degree (of minimum two years duration) in Agriculture from any recognized university/Institution. Preference will be given to candidates holding Post-Graduate diploma/ degree (of minimum two years duration) in Agriculture Extension.
Experience: At least two years of experience in Agriculture extension and related activities in any public/private sector organization.
Salary: Rs. 6.00 Lakh to Rs.12.00 Lakh/Year
Knowledge Management and Documentation Experts (KMDEs)
Educational qualification: a Bachelors degree in Agriculture/Horticulture followed by a Post-Graduate diploma/ degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Agribusiness/ Economics/Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation or a closely related field.
Experience: At least two years of experience in Agri-Business Management/Agricultural Marketing/Agri Value Chain Development or similar activities in any public/private sector organization.
Salary: Rs. 6.00 Lakh to Rs.12.00 Lakh/Year
Post Harvest Management Experts (PHMEs)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma (of minimum two years duration) in Mass Communication/Corporate Communication/Media Studies/Journalism/Social Science/English or a closely related field.
Experience: At least two years of experience in designing outreach programs, promotional materials, marketing collaterals, press notes, media releases, content drafting/writing, blog writing, arranging a press conference, developing corporate communication strategies, media liaison, publicity management, etc. Experience in working with local media is desirable.
Salary: Rs. 6.00 Lakh to Rs.12.00 Lakh/Year
