Eligibility Criteria:

Education Qualification: Candidate must have a Degree in Law granted by a recognized University established by Law in India.

Age limit: In the case of candidates of Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, according to the last date fixed for receipt of 43 year old applications and in case of other people, should not be fixed according to the age of 38 years.

Scale of Pay: 27,700-770-33,090-920-40,450-1080-44,770 / - Other allowances allowable under the Plus rules per month.

Selection procedure:

• Competitive examination will include initial examination (screening test), a main (written) examination and a Viva Voce / interview.
• Those candidates, who will secure 60% or more marks in the preliminary examination, will be eligible to join the main examination: Provided that on the basis of which candidates will be called for the main (written) examination, it will be 1:10. (10 candidates will be called for one post).
• All candidates who receive 60% or more marks in the main written examination, at least 45% marks in individual paper-1, II, III and IV and at least 35% in official language paper (Paper-V) The points are subject to receiving. Viva will be eligible for voce: Provided that Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribe candidates who get 50% or more marks in the main written examination, to get minimum 40% marks in individual paper-1, II, III and IV and minimum In the 35% language paper (Paper-V) the marks will be called for Viva Voce.
