Name of the post: Accountant at DWDC Level.
Vacancies: 01 Post
Age limit: Between 25 years to 35 years.
Monthly remuneration: Rs. 25,000.00/-
Educational qualification: Graduate in commerce from a recognized institution.
Selection procedure: Selection Will be Based either Written Exam/Interview
Experience: Minimum 2 (Two) years relevant post qualification experience in Office Administration / File Management / Office Correspondence with Government projects. Experience of working with tally software for at least 1 year.
Venue: Office or the Executive Engineer (PFIE) Kokrajhar PHE Division No-I Cum Member Secretary, DWSC, Kokrajhar District, Kokrajhar
Job Responsibility:
- A monthly action plan to be approved by the Member Secretary. DWSC Cum Executive Engineer (PILE) S'BM(G).
- Maintainance of DWSC Accounts as per standard Accounting Procedure.
- Prepare budget of DWSC for different activities as per approved norms.
- Prepare fund allocation statements.
- Obtain the monthly accounts of the Village Water and sanitation Committees (VWSCs) prepare observations on the accounts and submit to the Mission Director orhis authorized officer.
- Processing of all bills of DWSC for necessary payments.
- Ensure Internal and Annual audit of DWSC Accounts.
