The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) invites applications to fill 01 (one) post of former Director (DD) in Pay Matrix Level-11 (Formerly revised pay band III, 15600-39100 / - plus grade pay 6600 / - Rupees), in its Regional Office, Guwahati, on the basis of deputation from suitable and qualified officers.

3. Statement giving detail of Major/Minor penalties, imposed upon the 
4. Officer, if any, during the last ten (10) years 
5. Vigilance Clearance/ Integrity Certificate 
6. Photocopy of ACR / APAR for the last five (5) years, not below the duly / certified method on each page by an official.
